All of the rooms are air-conditioned and they are equipped with TVs and Netflix, Wi-Fi access, safes for valuables as well as tea and coffee facilities. Some of the rooms also have a work desk. Mount Everest, Swiss Alps and Mont Blanc have a private pool entrance. All the rooms are serviced daily.
Guests can relax by the pool or make use of the braai facilities that are available.

Reception is problematic. Sink outlet is blocked. Electric meter tripped from time to time and cut off the power. There is a need for new bedding.
New owners. New manager not yet able to run the business. Much improvement required on may aspects. Luke has been informed accordingly. The guesthouse has much potential.
Relaxing and very convenient to stay there.
It was nice we enjoyed every moment but the person who was accepting my booking did not tell me that we are not allowed to use some staff eg stove there because we booked self-catering thinking we were going to cook but luckily the owner was nice to us so we used his stove in the kitchen.

Quiet place to stay with friendly service and very clean. Big room, secure parking.
No problem with reception. Room is very small. Bedding was wrinkled and crumpled under the duvet (either used or not ironed). Was booked for 2 days. Second day no coffee or tea or water added. Came back to the guest house at around 15h00 in the afternoon when the room's door was wide open and no one in sight. Any person could walk in and take one's personal belongings. There is no safe to keep valuables. The access to the parking is after a turn through a very narrow corridor and the damage to the wall proved that many a resident could not easily get through it. There is only a communal fridge in the kitchen. The kettle cannot be placed by the coffee table and must be placed on the floor to access the power plug. One candle available with power outage.

It's clean and comfortable enough no complaints, at at high season am sure prices are always inflated. We just didn't think it was great compared to other places along the garden route for the same price.
Rooms dirty. Old, musty smell. Outside area dirty. Photos very misleading. Power points do not work next to the bed.
Accommodation was comfortable. Other guests were a bit noisy. Bedroom and bathroom were clean and tidy.

A bit pricey compared to other locations on our trip from PTA to CT. Very safe and space to park trailer. Has full size fridge/freezer. Only rating service as 4 stars for a few reasons - (1) TV needs to be checked as it was not working, possibly due to bad internet connection (could not stream shows nor could I work on wifi), (2) Check no of guests and provide basics - only 2 toilet rollls were provided for 5 guests, (3) Drains were apparently blocked the morning of our departure and workmen were on site working before we left. Understand the need to sort it out urgently but we should have been informed to not use the shower/basin for the short duration. Small things that should be rectified to provide great service. Other than that, very neat, peaceful place. PS - bathroom is in the main bedroom which means other family members need to come through the main bedroom to use the bathroom. Good location, very close to all shops, garages etc.

The owners are warm, friendly people. Felt very much at home at Outeniqua Inn. The breakfast was good value for money. Love that cars can park under carports.

I slept there for two nights. Everything was neat, clean and very peaceful. The people are very friendly and go out of their way to make you feel at home. I recommend this place. There are a few rooms in the house. If you want to go on a honeymoon, you should probably book somewhere else.
